There are two ways:
1. Natural Language: Simply type "OOO next Friday" or "OOO
24.12-01.01" in any Slack channel the app is in.
2. Interactive Calendar: Visit the dashboard and click on any day to add an
entry manually.
This usually happens if your Slack authorization has lapsed.
Go to the Sync Settings on your dashboard and ensure "Sync Slack Status" is
active. If not, click to reconnect.
OOO Tracker uses Multi-tenancy. Only people in your specific Slack workspace can see your entries on the team calendar. Your data is isolated and secure.
Click the Export Reports button on your dashboard. You can download your personal monthly timesheet or a full company availability report in Excel format instantly.
Ensure you've enabled Sync Outlook Cal in your dashboard settings. This will automatically add your new OOO entries to your Outlook calendar to protect your time awareness.
